Vertex seeks a Senior Manager, P2P Process & Platform Enablement to lead and advance Procure-to-Pay execution enablement, partnering with Procurement Operations, Finance, IT, and other COEs to deliver reliable outcomes. You will own the P2P processes, SIM, and platform enablement while driving continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes change management, data quality, and leveraging AI solutions to enhance user experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years enabling Procure-to-Pay in business/COE roles.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end P2P: requisitioning, approvals, PO, receiving, invoicing, matching.
• Experience leading requirements, UAT, enablement enhancements, and training.
• Change agent with multi-team coordination and platform releases.
• Extensive use of AI, RPA, OCR in P2P workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead ownership of P2P processes and enabling platforms (requisitioning, catalogs, PO, receiving, invoicing, matching).
• Drive enablement roadmap, prioritize by value, risk, efficiency, and UX.
• Own change and release readiness, coordinate testing and go-live.
• Advance controls, approvals, tolerances, and audit-ready traceability.
• Lead supplier enablement and data quality with MDM/Data Governance.
• Collaborate with Procurement Operations, Finance, IT, and COEs.
• Establish cross-COE standards and KPI-backed insights.
