Responsibilities

• Redesign Box's job architecture including families, leveling criteria, and career ladders that scale across functions.
• Define capability at each level and drive adoption with leaders and People Partners.
• Analyze attrition, leveling distribution, span and layer, and identify opportunities to improve.
• Apply job architecture and leveling expertise to a workforce evolving with AI.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Comp and Legal, and partner with HR and business leaders.
• Own talent and org development programs from design through rollout, facilitation, and iteration.
