Symmetry is building the future of payroll compliance marketing in Scottsdale. We seek a Marketing Programs Specialist to turn strategy into shipped work across new business acquisition and client communications, acting as an AI-first marketer who delivers rapid execution.

You'll support Demand Gen and Product Marketing, work with AI-enabled tools, and drive campaigns, webinars, and lifecycle programs that directly influence pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally SaaS or technology.
• Fluency with AI tools as your default way of working.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear communicator who works well with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with Marketing Automation, CRM, Events and Project Management.
• Developer-facing communication tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns using AI for audience research and copy variants.
• Plan and execute prospect webinars and digital campaigns with AI-generated copy and briefs.
• Build and maintain acquisition nurturing and lead workflows in HubSpot.
• Activate customer stories into assets, nurtures, and sales enablement materials.
• Distribute developer-focused release communications with AI-assisted translation.
• Execute lifecycle programs in HubSpot and personalize at scale with AI.
• Maintain a unified marketing calendar and generate leadership-ready reports.
