New Reach in Tempe, AZ seeks a hands‑on Marketing Technology Engineer to build marketing systems, websites, funnels, and automations. The role blends marketing know‑how with strong tech and problem‑solving skills, using AI coding tools, APIs, and cloud platforms to take ideas to production.

The ideal candidate is a scrappy builder and systems thinker who thrives in a fast‑moving startup and can empower non‑technical teams with reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with AI coding tools/agents such as Cursor, Claude, or similar.
• 5+ years building and deploying real‑world websites, automations, or technical marketing solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, Git, and cloud‑based systems.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript and ability to review AI‑generated production code.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure and automation/orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch landing pages, lead magnets, funnels, and brand websites using shared infrastructure and templates.
• Use AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude to rapidly build, troubleshoot, and improve martech systems.
• Develop AI/agentic workflows and playbooks that connect marketing systems.
• Develop integrations with APIs, webhooks, n8n, AWS and other automation tech.
• Replace fragile manual processes with scalable automated systems.
• Improve legacy workflows around Zapier, spreadsheets and disconnected tools.
• Support marketing tracking including UTMs, lead capture, attribution and data flows.
• Maintain production standards with Git, testing, CI, docs, and security best practices.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Brand and MarTech to create usable tools for teams.
• Join launch war rooms and monitor registrations, tracking, and critical systems.
• Troubleshoot during high‑impact events and implement permanent fixes.
• Measure improvements in time saved, fewer failures, and faster launches.
