Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership while coding within web/mobile applications, APIs, and integrations for the supply chain organization.

The role blends hands-on development with strategic leadership, partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to align technology with business objectives. Strong full‑stack and Azure expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications, APIs, and integrations for supply chain operations.
• Remain hands-on in complex development while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable technical solutions.
• Apply supply chain expertise across procurement, inventory, demand planning, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Lead technical design and architecture to ensure scalable, secure, reliable solutions.
• Drive delivery priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate progress and outcomes.
• Build reusable engineering patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and development standards.
• Improve supply chain processes through automation and AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Champion AI-assisted development, including automated testing and intelligent workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues while maintaining data integrity and business value.
• Approximately 20% travel dependent on business needs.
