Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our North American and European Product Management team. You will analyze requirements for the Clinisys Laboratory Solution (CLS), document features, benchmark workflows, and act as an SME for Anatomic Pathology across global markets.

You will support regulatory analysis, compliance tracking, and bids, while driving AI-assisted product definition and backlog management with a focus on quality, security, and privacy.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Anatomic Pathology workflows and related diagnostics.
• Experience with product management and SDLC processes.
• Experience using or willingness to develop proficiency in AI tools for product work.
• Ability to design prompts, refine outputs, and apply quality checks to AI-assisted work.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate requirements with SMEs, stakeholders, and customers.
• Define features, use cases, and functional specs; approve user stories.
• Lead cross-functional sprint teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Coordinate third-party partners and system integrators.
• Prepare and present SDLC artifacts, metrics, demos, and training.
