Job summary

Nectar Life is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media and Klaviyo-driven customer acquisition and retention. This role reports to the CEO and supports building in-house AI-driven creative workflows to scale performance across channels.

You will manage Meta and TikTok campaigns, create and optimize Klaviyo flows, and build automations to improve ROAS and CPA. This is a full-time contractor role with strong growth potential in a fast-paced DTC environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager work for ecommerce or DTC brands.
• Hands-on Klaviyo: email and SMS flows, segmentation and campaigns with revenue to show.

Responsibilities

• Run Meta and TikTok ads: budgets, audiences, creative testing, scaling winners.
• Run Klaviyo retention: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows, plus weekly sends.
• Produce ad creative with AI tools (image, video, copy), then edit it to match our brand and keep product details accurate.
• Report weekly on what worked, what didn’t and what’s next.
