Job summary

Group 107 is seeking a Strong Middle Full Stack Engineer (AI-First, QA-Inclusive) to work on an electric-vehicle carsharing platform across 26 states. You will own features end-to-end on a lean team, building, testing, and validating flows that matter for users on mobile and web.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted release rhythms, robust QA, and clear communication with a US-based team, with daily overlap during Pacific hours. Remote-friendly collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional full stack development experience.
• Production experience with React Native or strong mobile experience.
• Solid relational DB skills with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience designing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants in real projects.
• Genuine QA instinct with test case creation and regression testing.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+).
• Reliable overlap with US Pacific hours.
• Ability to own a feature end-to-end and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop features across the stack: Node.js services, React admin interfaces, and React Native screens.
• Work with PostgreSQL and MySQL — schema changes and data correctness in billing/booking logic.
• Integrate and maintain third-party services (payments, telematics, invoicing).
• Own QA for your own work and participate in structured QA cycles on release builds.
• Use AI coding tools as daily drivers and review generated code with tests.
• Help establish team practices around AI tooling to shorten release cycles.
• Read a ticket and ask clarifying questions and propose better solutions.
• Participate in scoping and prioritization with ops, support, and stakeholders asynchronously.
