Job summary

Ron Turley Associates LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own features end to end across the stack in a fully remote role. You will contribute to Fleet360, our fleet management SaaS, shaping architecture, improving AI-driven workflows, and delivering high-impact software used by fleet managers and technicians.

The role emphasizes AI-first engineering, cross-stack ownership, and collaboration with product, QA, and Support to deliver reliable, scalable software for customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of production software.
• Full-stack capability across browser, API, database, and infrastructure.
• Node.js and TypeScript at production scale with solid API design.
• Relational database design, SQL optimization, and data integrity.
• AI-assisted development with sound judgment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end from idea to production across frontend, API, and data.
• Build great user experiences with maintainable frontend and robust back-end systems.
• Work AI-first to accelerate development while maintaining quality and security.
• Improve AI-enabled workflows and share practices across the team.
• Build AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, retrieval, and agents.
• Mentor teammates, conduct thorough code reviews, and raise engineering standards.
