The role oversees technical standards, reference patterns, and a high-caliber AI engineering team that tackles major business challenges with AI-driven solutions.

This hands-on leadership position operates across wealth management, brokerage, and operations, and requires partnering with senior leaders to advance governance, security, and responsible AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture leadership with governance ownership.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management workflows, platforms, and regulatory considerations.
• Proven ability to guide AI/automation initiatives and apply responsible AI practices.
• Experience leading a governance model focused on adoption and standards, not just approvals.

Responsibilities

• Set architecture standards: publish reference architectures, maintain pattern library, keep reference model current.
• Guide technology investment decisions and manage exception reviews.
• Lead AI & Automation as a core capability with a small, high-caliber team.
• Bring in the right expertise from across architecture domains and ensure alignment to enterprise standards.
• Build relationships with business leaders and stay current on wealth management tech and vendors.
