Netskope is seeking an experienced engineering leader for a fast-growing, AI-native product suite. You will guide a high-velocity team, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product to shape strategy based on customer needs and AI breakthroughs.

You will lead architecture decisions, drive ex*****ion with senior architects, and ensure the team delivers innovative features while growing talent and maintaining energy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• 8+ years leading engineering teams.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Hands-on cloud development experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead an AI-native engineering team delivering high-velocity software.
• Architect and guide senior architects and junior engineers on AI initiatives.
• Partner with product to align priorities and roadmap.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous development.
• Engage with customers to shape engineering decisions.
• Stay ahead in AI breakthroughs and translate into actionable plans.
