Netskope is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the Foundation Engineering team, responsible for near real-time configuration propagation across 100+ data centers. You will inspire with AI-first leadership to scale foundational cloud services and shape technical direction across global infrastructure.

You will mentor engineering leaders, drive delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high engineering standards and reduce operational toil.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software engineering with strong technical judgment.
• 5+ years managing managers and multi-team organizations.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, infra-services, data synchronization, cloud infrastructure.
• Experience applying AI/tools to improve velocity and reduce toil.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Foundations Engineering team and drive execution across 100+ data centers.
• Own end-to-end delivery of scalable, resilient foundational services.
• Collaborate with Product, Program Management, and other engineering owners to align priorities.
