Job summary

Slalom is seeking an AI Accelerated Engineering Lead to guide teams toward AI-accelerated software delivery and own client solution architecture. You’ll drive AI-first engineering practices, advise on guardrails for generative AI, and lead communities across multiple engagements.

You will partner with product teams, engineers, designers, and data practitioners to translate insights into ship-ready increments, aligning delivery with client outcomes and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production software
• Ability to lead teams and mentor engineers
• Experience delivering GenAI-enabled solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and implementation across multiple value streams
• Provide technical leadership in pursuits and strengthen engineering practices
• Redefine AI-first SDLC and design guardrails for AI-assisted development
• Guide context engineering strategies like prompt templating and embeddings
• Manage GenAI-driven teams and ensure quality and safe adoption
• Spearhead AI-enabled platforms and reusable automation components
• Remain hands-on with product architecture and DevOps practices
• Coach teams and clients on AI-accelerated ways of working
