Job summary

Slalom is seeking an AI Accelerated Engineering Lead in Denver to guide teams toward AI-accelerated software delivery. You will own client solution architecture, drive AI-first engineering practices, and lead communities of Builders across multiple engagements.

The role blends people leadership with technical direction, shaping how generative AI is integrated into real-world software. You will mentor engineers, align AI strategies with business outcomes, and orchestrate delivery across value

Qualifications

Proven leadership in building and operating production software.
Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions with teams and AI agents.
Strong architecture knowledge across APIs, microservices, and security.
Hands-on experience with modern tech stacks and cloud platforms.
Proficiency in TS/Node, Python or Java; React/Next is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee discovery, delivery, and implementation planning across multiple value streams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across teams.
Redefine the AI-first SDLC and establish guardrails for AI usage.
Lead context engineering with prompt templating, embeddings, and data grounding.
Coordinate with capabilities and lead AI-driven platform initiatives.
Prototyping and hardening AI-driven solutions with DevOps and observability practices.
Help client projects win by detailing delivery approaches and opportunities.
