Slalom is seeking an AI Accelerated Engineering Lead to guide teams toward AI-accelerated software delivery and own client solution architectures. You will shape the AI-first SDLC, mentor Builders, and partner with clients to transform their engineering practices at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and AI agents, context engineering strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and architectural direction across multiple value streams to ship high-quality software.
• Mentor engineers, support direct reports, and uplift engineering practices.
• Redefine AI-first SDLC flows and guardrails for scalable AI-enabled delivery.
• Lead with context engineering using prompt templating, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Coordinate with capabilities and technical leads to ensure user experiences are measurable and reliable.
• Contribute to business opportunities by detailing delivery approaches for client engagements.
