Valence is seeking a data analytics professional to shape how data informs decisions across product, customer, and go-to-market teams. You will uncover patterns, performance insights, and opportunities to lay the foundation for a scalable, insight-driven data culture.

You will collaborate with leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to enable data-informed decisions from day one. This is a hybrid, enterprise-focused role with exposure to Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

5+ years in a data analytics role in a B2B SaaS or AI startup.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science/Statistics/CS/Economics).
Proficient in SQL with ability to write complex queries.
Experience with Python or R for analysis and visualization.
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau/Looker/Power BI) and data warehousing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze platform usage, feature engagement, and user interactions to surface actionable insights.
Develop self-serve dashboards and recurring reports to democratize data across teams.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering to define tracking requirements and improve data quality.
