Job summary

Valence is seeking the first dedicated designer on our marketing team to own how Valence and Nadia showcase the brand across channels. You will partner with Growth, marketing, events, and the broader commercial org to craft assets from social graphics to website wireframes and client-facing materials.

You’ll have real ownership early, working in a fast-paced AI-first environment with opportunities to shape the brand for Fortune 500 clients and global markets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of design experience; portfolio required.
• Exceptional in Figma – comfortable with components, prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience designing in Google Slides (and/or PowerPoint) for polished, on-brand presentations.
• AI-forward: actively use generative AI in workflow and capable of learning new tools quickly.
• Range across surfaces – social, web, print/events, and presentations; balance multiple projects without dropping quality.
• Strong collaboration and communication; you work well across marketing, sales, and product.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign creative across channels: social, email, paid media, and landing pages.
• Build website mock-ups and wireframes, and bring them to life.
• Create event collateral: booth design, signage, and on-site assets for events.
• Produce and polish client-facing assets including one-pagers and presentations.
• Maintain brand system, templates, and guidelines across Valence and Nadia.
• Use AI tools to prototype concepts and generate imagery for faster shipping.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to translate strategy into enterprise-ready creative.
