Job summary

HH Global is recruiting a Creative Strategist for its global marketing activation practice in the US. You will translate business goals into AI-first creative concepts, leveraging proprietary 1P tools to craft scalable, multi-market campaigns across channels.

Collaborating with Art Directors and cross-functional teams, you will drive localization, rapid prototyping, and client-ready proposals, while communicating strategy to stakeholders and delivering high-velocity DR assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fine arts, graphic design, visual communication or related field.
• 6–8 years of creative strategy experience with 1P AI tools.
• Proven DR campaigns across multiple performance channels.
• Strong copywriting across marketing channels.
• Ability to partner with global clients for AI-first strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to present to global teams.
• Experience with Google 1P Tools including Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Flow, Music AI Sandbox, Nano Banana, Stitch.

Responsibilities

• Leverage 1P generative AI tools to detail creative strategies for global deployment.
• Define AI-first creative strategy for multi-market adaptation.
• Pitch AI-driven concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic leadership to guide multi-market campaigns.
• Ensure outputs align with global brand standards and DR goals.
• Lead multiple global strategy initiatives from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and client stakeholders.
• Ask questions, take calculated risks, and test new AI workflows.
