Qualifications

• 6–8 years of creative strategy experience with AI tooling.
• Proven DR campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong copywriting and global stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Actively leverage 1P generative AI tools to distill client briefs into scalable creative strategies.
• Define and champion an AI-first creative strategy for multi-market adaptation.
• Pitch concepts to internal stakeholders and present AI frameworks clearly.
• Provide strategic leadership to inspire and guide multi-market campaigns.
• Ensure outputs align with global brand standards and DR goals.
• Lead multiple global strategy initiatives from concept to production under deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and client stakeholders on priorities.
• Ask smart questions and explore new AI-driven frameworks and workflows.
