Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Creative Strategist to translate client briefs into intelligent, AI-first creative concepts deployed across global markets. You will work hands-on with our client’s 1P generative tools to develop, test, and iterate strategies across channels, partnering with the Art Director to ensure localization and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Fine arts degree preferred; undergrad in graphic design/visual communication/typography or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of creative strategy experience with 1P generative AI toolsets.
• Proven DR campaigns across multiple channels; strong copywriting background.
• Ability to partner with global clients and articulate AI-first strategy.

Responsibilities

• Actively leverage client 1P generative AI tools to distill briefs into refined, scalable creative strategies.
• Define and champion an AI-first creative strategy for multi-market adaptation and fast execution.
• Pitch AI-driven concepts to stakeholders and present frameworks to cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership to inspire and oversee teams executing multi-market campaigns.
• Ensure outputs align with global brand standards and direct response goals.
• Lead multiple global strategy initiatives from concept to production under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on strategic priorities.
