HH Global is seeking a Creative Strategist to translate client requirements into AI-first creative strategies for scalable global deployment. You will work hands-on with client‑facing teams, leveraging proprietary 1P AI tools to develop and iterate high‑impact concepts across channels.

You will lead with a strategic mindset, pitch ideas to stakeholders, and collaborate with global partners to ensure localization aligns with brand standards and DR goals.

Qualifications

• Fine arts degree or degree in graphic design/visual communication or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–8 years of creative strategy experience with hands‑on AI tool usage for scalable global deployment.
• Proven DR campaigns across multiple performance channels.
• Strong copywriting across marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Distill client briefs into intelligent, AI-first creative strategies for global deployment.
• Champion AI-first strategy with cross‑functional teams to maximize adaptation and speed.
• Pitch AI-driven concepts to stakeholders and present frameworks to global teams.
• Provide strategic leadership to inspire and guide multi‑market campaigns.
• Ensure outputs align with global brand standards and direct response goals.
• Lead multiple global strategy initiatives from concept to production.
• Collaborate with partners, teams, and clients to align on priorities.
