Job summary

HH Global is hiring a Creative Strategist to interpret client briefs and translate them into AI‑driven, scalable concepts for global markets. You will actively use 1P generative AI tools to develop, test, and iterate inventive strategies across channels.

Based in the Central or Pacific USA time zones, you will partner with the Art Director to ensure cohesive direction, lead a creative team, and pitch AI‑driven concepts to stakeholders while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• A fine arts degree (preferred) or an undergraduate degree in graphic design, visual communication, typography, or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6–8 years of creative strategy experience with hands-on use of 1P AI tools for global deployment and multi-market adaptation.
• Proven track record delivering Direct Response campaigns across multiple performance channels.
• Strong copywriting across marketing channels with results-driven focus.
• Ability to partner with global clients to translate goals into AI-first strategy for multi-region impact.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to articulate complex concepts to global stakeholders and creative teams.
• Experience with Google 1P tools including Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Google Flow, Music AI Sandbox, Nano Banana, Google Stitch
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Actively leverage client 1P AI tools to distill client briefs into scalable AI-driven creative strategies.
• Define and champion an AI-first creative strategy for multi-market adaptation and fast execution.
• Pitch strategic creative concepts to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provide strategic leadership to inspire and guide a creative team across markets.
• Ensure outputs align with global brand standards and direct response goals.
• Lead multiple global strategy initiatives from concept to production under tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and client stakeholders on strategic priorities.
• Welcome feedback and pilot new AI-driven frameworks and workflows.
