Miraflores.ai in Irvine, CA is seeking an AI-first Client Solutions Associate who can own client problems end-to-end, understand what’s happening, and drive solutions with minimal handholding. You’ll work at the intersection of clients, AI, product, and operations to help customers successfully use our platform, identify blockers, and partner with product/engineering to improve the system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent demonstrated ability.
0-5 years of professional experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools extensively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfort learning new software and technology.
Experience working directly with customers, clients, or internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple problems simultaneously without losing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Own client problems from initial identification through resolution.
Become deeply familiar with the product and how customers use it.
Help clients onboard and use the platform.
Investigate questions, problems, and root causes rather than escalating immediately.
Document problems clearly for engineers; suggest product improvements.
Use AI tools daily to analyze questions, data, and workflows and build automations.
