Job summary

Base AI is seeking a second marketing hire to own and execute broad GTM initiatives in a fast-paced, AI-native environment. You will partner with leadership to shape strategy, messaging, and content across demand generation, product marketing, events, and lifecycle programs.

In this role you’ll own end-to-end campaigns, coordinate across global teams, and move quickly to deliver measurable outcomes. The hybrid setup requires collaboration with Israel-based teams and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B tech marketing experience is required.
• Experience across growth marketing, content, campaigns, and GTM initiatives.
• Hands-on with modern marketing tools and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand generation activities across multiple channels.
• Build and launch end-to-end marketing campaigns with messaging and execution.
• Support webinars, events, and campaign launches.
• Create content for LinkedIn, blogs, emails, landing pages, and assets.
• Work across CRM, marketing automation, website, video, design, analytics, and AI tools.
• Support tracking, reporting, attribution, and GTM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and CS to improve content and messaging.
• Leverage AI for research, content creation, and campaign planning.
