Job summary

Glean seeks a strategic, data‑driven VP of Growth Marketing to lead our global demand generation, digital, field, and partner marketing. You’ll partner across Sales, Product, and RevOps to drive pipeline and ARR while shaping the go‑to‑market for an AI‑native platform.

You will sit in a hybrid role (4 days in Mountain View) and build a scalable growth engine with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled experimentation, measurement, and optimization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech marketing with leadership in growth/demand/revenue marketing.
• Proven ability to generate predictable pipeline and ROI via integrated digital, ABM, field, and lifecycle marketing.
• Executive-level communication to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing strategy and execution across demand gen, digital, ABM, field and partner marketing with pipeline, revenue, and ARR accountability.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Customer Success, RevOps and exec team to shape GTM strategy and investment.
• Build a world-class growth engine delivering predictable, efficient pipeline across Enterprise, Commercial, and Global.
• Translate growth objectives into marketing plans, investments, and operating cadences.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team across channels, fostering ownership and experimentation.
• Architect integrated go-to-market programs connecting product launches, content, events, and partner ecosystems.
• Champion AI-first marketing by embedding AI into planning, content, personalization, and operations.
