Job summary

New Era Technology seeks an AI‑first practitioner to compress delivery timelines by orchestrating Claude and other LLMs across the full development lifecycle, while preserving strong architectural and product judgment that ensures durable outputs. This role acts as a force multiplier, often replacing small teams for critical work and delivering artifacts that survive enterprise review.

Qualifications

• Hands-on developer history with architectural and product ownership
• Experience owning product state and requirements beyond tickets
• Comfortable questioning legacy patterns and pushing back on non-viable requests
• Experience in enterprise environments with security, change management, and data governance

Responsibilities

• Direct AI across planning, solution design, development, documentation, and UAT with clear acceptance criteria
• Define what good looks like up front and validate AI output against it
• Own end‑to‑end delivery from ideation through production and iteration
• Practice context engineering to feed models with the right scope of context
• Build living documentation (Mermaid diagrams, SOPs, conformance criteria)
• Break work into well-defined units with clear acceptance criteria
