Job summary

Baseten seeks a Field Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing efforts in the New York area, aligning with sales goals and pipeline targets. You will craft and execute regional plans, manage events, and optimize campaigns to boost demand and brand visibility.

The role requires a 5–7 year track record in tech/SaaS field marketing, strong collaboration, and proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of field marketing experience in technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering and optimizing demand generation programs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent project management and ability to multitask.
• Collaborative with a growth mindset and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned with sales priorities and pipeline goals.
• Plan and manage events to drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and engage customers.
• Own program management including event logistics, budget oversight, and vendor coordination.
• Analyze and report campaign effectiveness and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging and go‑to‑market strategies with field initiatives.
• Prioritize seller requests by expected revenue.
• Represent Baseten at industry events and build brand presence in‑market.
