Job summary

Anysphere is hiring a Field Engineer to partner with enterprise customers and act as the technical face of the company in the field. You’ll help customers evaluate Cursor, guide proofs of concept, and demonstrate the value of AI in engineering workflows.

You'll work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope solutions, deliver demonstrations, and advise technical stakeholders. This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong communication and hands-on fluency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and executive presence with both developers and executives.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern engineering orgs.
• Hands-on technical ability with AI tooling and debugging complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and PoC engagements with enterprise buyers.
• Build relationships with engineering leaders and act as technical advisor.
• Translate requirements into designs and guide rollout best practices.
• Deliver technical presentations, whiteboards, and hands-on workshops.
• Advocate for customers internally and influence product direction.
• Coordinate with post-sales teams for smooth onboarding.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Cursor capabilities and competitive landscape.
• Support account planning and drive expansion with technical validation.
