Job summary

Cursor is hiring Field Engineers to partner with enterprise customers, serving as the technical face in the field. You will guide proofs of concept, demonstrate AI capabilities, and translate customer requirements into solution designs while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

This highly customer-facing role requires strong communication, deep technical fluency, and the ability to drive adoption and influence product direction across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and executive presence when engaging with technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on technical ability and fluency in modern engineering workflows.
• Experience discussing AI tooling and debugging complex environments with customers.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to translate technical details into business impact.
• Bilingual capabilities: Korean and English at business level.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and PoC engagements with prospects.
• Build relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and developers as a trusted advisor.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and rollout plans.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and workshops tailored to customer needs.
• Advocate for the customer internally, sharing feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with post-sales teams for smooth onboarding and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of Cursor capabilities and competitive landscape to position value.
