Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an AI Experience and Workflow Design Lead for Medical AI Acceleration, reporting to Architecture Lead. You’ll own end-to-end experience architecture for AI-powered platforms and define future-state workflows at enterprise scale, shaping AI-first operating models that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead by influence across Medical Affairs, product, and engineering, crafting user experiences and leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery, while arbitering design trade-offs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in CX/UX, service design, product management, digital transformation, or workflow/process engineering.
• Recognized subject-matter expert in experience architecture, service design, and AI-first workflow design.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying and optimizing business workflows at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on experience with the full CX toolkit (interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing) and workflow engineering.
• Proven ability to set standards and interface design patterns adopted across teams.
• AI-first mindset with ability to guide AI tools to accelerate delivery cycles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Miro AI, ChatGPT, Claude) in design/research/prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of future-state AI-enabled workflows and identify where AI reduces manual effort.
• Plan and facilitate design-thinking, discovery, and co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
• Define AI behavior models, agent interaction patterns, and human-in-the-loop experiences for complex workflows.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, personas, and high-fidelity interfaces using AI-forward design methods.
• Define success metrics, run usability testing with real users and synthetic personas, and refine experiences post-release.
• Serve as senior experience integrator across Medical Affairs and partner with Architecture, Engineering, and Product teams.
