Job summary

Pfizer in New York leads the design of AI-powered platforms for Medical Affairs, owning end-to-end experience architecture and workflow design. You will define AI behavior, conduct usability testing with users, and partner with Architecture, Engineering and Product teams to deliver trusted, scalable interfaces that accelerate delivery.

This hybrid role requires 8+ years in CX/UX or related fields, with a strong record of enterprise-scale transformations and an AI-first mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in CX/UX, service design, or related fields.
Master’s degree in Design or a related discipline is preferred.
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in experience architecture and AI-first workflow design.

Responsibilities

Define future-state AI-enabled workflows and identify where AI reduces manual effort.
Facilitate design-thinking and discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
Define AI behavior models, interaction patterns, and human-in-the-loop experiences for complex workflows.
Design wireframes, prototypes, personas, and high-fidelity interfaces using AI-assisted tools.
Establish before-and-after success metrics and conduct usability testing with real users and synthetic personas.
Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, MEI platform teams and Product Owners to ensure optimized interfaces.
