Job summary
Pfizer seeks an AI Solutions Lead to design and develop AI-enabled solutions addressing approved business needs. You will integrate AI into digital products to improve value and work with data owners to ensure data readiness.
You will drive digital process improvements, advise on AI readiness, and guide scoping, feasibility, and governance across site initiatives. Hybrid work with strong governance and impact on business value.
Qualifications
- Experience in AI/ML solution development, data engineering, or digital solutions delivery.
- Hands-on with large language models and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing tool-augmented agents with memory, planning, and execution loops.
- Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
- Familiarity with site operational systems (LIMS, SAP, EAMS).
- Strong ability to translate technical capability into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- AI solution development and integration to address business needs.
- Assess data readiness and ensure data quality for AI applications.
- Identify opportunities to digitize workflows and improve processes.
- Advise on AI readiness and develop technology roadmaps.
- Guide project scoping, feasibility, and governance following standard intake.
- Deliver awareness training to build digital and AI capability.
- Ensure governance, security, and responsible-AI practices are followed.
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate new AI tools for potential adoption.
