Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in AI, pre-sales, and customer experience tech.
• Experience in sales overlay or specialist functions.
• 10–12 years in software, cloud, or AI roles.
• Proven ability to influence without authority.
• Experience coordinating AI proofs of concept.
• Ability to create effective territory and account strategies.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills as a subject matter expert.
• Manage multiple concurrent work streams across teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced AI expertise and lead discussions with stakeholders.
• Engage with senior leaders and orchestrate opportunities across teams.
• Influence deal strategy with account executives for planning and forecasting.
• Drive field execution of AI portfolio programs and campaigns.
• Serve as SME and model best practice sales motions for the team.
• Support positioning, pricing, proposals, and key sales materials.
• Lead customer workshops shaping AI use cases and pilots.
• Capture customer insights and collaborate with marketing, product, success, and services.
• Identify strategic AI-led opportunities aligned to customer goals.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.
