With 10–12 years in software/AI, you will influence deal strategy and collaborate across marketing, product, and support teams to deliver customer-centric AI solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong subject matter expertise in AI and customer experience technology.
• 10 to 12 years of experience in software, cloud, or AI related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced AI expertise and discuss with senior stakeholders.
• Influence deal strategy, partnering with account executives for growth.
• Lead AI workshops, pilots, and use-case prioritization with customers.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, customer success, and professional services.
