Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an AI Solution Architect in San Diego to define architectural patterns, translate ambitious AI visions into practical blueprints, and deliver proof-of-concepts that drive measurable outcomes.

As a trusted technical partner, you will design AI Experience architectures, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create reusable assets to accelerate customer journeys and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

• Expertise in AI architecture, workflow automation, and integration frameworks.
• Design end-to-end solutions with scalability and rapid implementation in mind.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, specialists and product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build technical credibility quickly with customers.
• 7+ years in architecture or pre-sales engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design sessions focused on AI Experience and Platform solutions, translating customer requirements into actionable blueprints.
• Showcase platform capabilities through technical deep-dive demos that educate customers on architectural possibilities, showcase integration capabilities, and build confidence in the solution's technical foundation.
• Develop proof of concepts and technical validation frameworks for customers in your assigned districts.
• Collaborate with AI Experience Solution Consultants to ensure solution blueprint aligns to customer priorities and workshop outcomes.
• Create and contribute to reusable assets, reference architectures, and industry patterns that multiply team productivity and enable consistent high-quality delivery at scale.
