ServiceNow in San Diego, California seeks an Advisory Solution Consultant for Intelligent Automation. This hands-on role partners with field teams to design and prove AI-powered value for enterprise customers, blending technical depth with consultative instincts.

You will conduct discovery, build proof-of-concept solutions, and lead workshops for executives, collaborating across product, engineering, and global teams to deliver AI, data, and workflow outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting, solution engineering, or customer facing technical roles.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision processes.
• Strong data engineering background: ETL, modeling, analytics.
• Ability to architect complex systems under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with REST, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, streaming data platforms, and middleware.
• Nice to have exposure to RPA, Generative AI, OCR, Process Mining, CICD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer environment and challenges.
• Design and build proof-of-concept AI solutions on the platform.
• Lead workshops and demonstrations for C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Iterate quickly based on evolving capabilities and feedback.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and global teams to deliver outcomes.
