Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media, and explain in writing what looked off.

This remote role offers competitive hourly pay and optional incentives tied to project demands. Contributors help shape how AI systems reason and improve, with paid weekly via ACH, PayPal or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to review audio, video and image outputs.
• Comfortable explaining observations in writing with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank AI-generated outputs for naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors and desynchronization.
• Write English explanations pointing to observed issues.
