Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, rate how well they follow prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong. This freelance work helps shape AI that performs better in the real world.

Contributors can work remotely with flexible hours and are paid per hour with incentives. Access to leading LLMs is included, and pay is weekly or as project terms allow.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
