Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, fully remote basis. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, helping improve AI systems.

The role emphasizes careful observation, clear communication, and objective scoring across multiple media types. Applicants from multiple countries may participate, with pay up to $15 per hour and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt.
• Spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Writing explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
