Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Instructional Designer/Facilitator/Project Manager to support talent development by creating engaging learning modules, facilitating development experiences, and managing projects from planning through delivery.

The ideal candidate will blend instructional design expertise with facilitation and project management skills while exploring AI-enabled learning, avatars, and scripted scenarios for skills practice within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, facilitation, project management, or a combination of these disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning modules and blended learning experiences using ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design methodologies.
• Facilitate learning programs and workshops for diverse audiences, adapting delivery style and content to meet different experience levels and business needs.
• Manage learning and development projects, including project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, deliverables, and competing priorities.
• Incorporate innovative learning technologies, including AI utilization, digital avatars, and scripted scenarios that allow employees to practice real-world skills in an interactive environment.
