Job summary

HP is seeking a Value Chain Process Engineer for Hire to Retire to drive transformation across the employee lifecycle. You will combine process excellence, digital capability, and industry benchmarking to define best-in-class Human Capital Management and act as a trusted advisor to HR, Digital, and business leaders.

You will redesign workflows, eliminate non-value-added work, and determine where AI can augment HR judgment while simplifying cross-functional processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in leading Human Resources organizations: workforce strategy and planning; talent acquisition; onboarding and development; employee relations; rewards and retention; workforce redeployment and retirement, employee data and analytics; HR communications; payroll operations; business partner touchpoints.
• Deep hands-on experience in Hire to Retire transformation.
• Proven experience redesigning workflows.
• Experience implementing automation, AI/ML, analytics, or HR platforms in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Intelligent workforce workflow redesign leveraging AI as a coworker to augment HR judgment and reduce administrative work.
• Eliminate waste before implementing automation across Hire-to-Retire processes.
• Standardize and harmonize global HR processes prior to automation and AI deployment.
• Define decision frameworks for deterministic automation, AI-assisted decisions, and human-only authority.
• Lead process redesign across the full employee lifecycle including planning, acquisition, onboarding and development, relations, rewards, redeployment, and data analytics.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and HR leadership to set maturity and investment priorities.
