Job summary

McKesson HR is standing up a new capability to move manual, fragmented HR processes to scalable, AI-enabled workflows. The HR AI Process Engineer identifies, designs, deploys, and continuously improves HR processes using automation and agent-based tools to drive efficiency and a simple employee experience.

This role translates real HR work into practical, deployable solutions that become repeatable parts of HR operations, working with the People AI Solutions Designer to build the solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• Process-improvement credential or design-thinking certification preferred.
• 10+ years in HR ops, process design, HR tech, or service delivery.
• Demonstrated record of taking work from idea to deployed workflow.
• Strong HR process knowledge and automation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-volume HR processes suitable for automation.
• Redesign workflows to remove duplication and unnecessary steps.
• Deploy agent-based workflows with core platforms and tools.
• Govern deployment standards and decide agent vs human ownership.
• Measure impact and drive adoption with clear communication.
