Job summary

SS&C Intralinks is building an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform. We seek an AI Engineer to design and operate AI agents, retrieval systems, and data pipelines that connect CRM data, website behavior, and campaigns.

You will implement secure API integrations, nurture governance, and enable next-best-action capabilities across marketing systems. You will collaborate across marketing tech, data engineering, and digital experiences to ship reusable components, validate models, and ensure

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, APIs, and prompt design.
• Experience designing RAG or enterprise knowledge-retrieval systems.
• Experience building data pipelines and event-driven integrations across SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS and data platforms; knowledge of governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, evaluate, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Develop marketing intelligence infrastructure and data pipelines.
