Job summary

SS&C Intralinks is seeking an AI Engineer to help build the technical foundation behind an AI-enabled marketing intelligence model. You will design and deploy the agents, integrations, data pipelines, and orchestration workflows that turn fragmented marketing data into connected, scalable services.

This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, marketing technology, data engineering, and digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents that retrieve context, analyze information, and execute workflows across marketing systems.
• Unify first-party marketing and CRM data, website behavior, campaign performance into an accessible intelligence layer.
• Connect platforms via secure APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Develop retrieval patterns (RAG) for using approved knowledge in AI workflows.
• Create predictive and next-best-action services to identify in-market accounts and prioritize opportunities.
• Orchestrate digital journeys with account-aware messaging and content recommendations.
• Develop LLM-powered conversational experiences to engage visitors and qualify inquiries.
• Improve measurement, attribution, forecasting, and executive decision support.
• Automate content publishing while maintaining human review where required.
• Codify engineering patterns into reusable components and playbooks for scale.
