Job summary

Phantom is seeking an AI Engineer to help shape how AI is adopted and scaled across the company. You’ll build internal AI tools, integrations, and automation that empower teams to move faster and operate more efficiently.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable, production-ready solutions, with a focus on security, scalability, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Production-grade AI applications experience required.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude) and integrations.
• Proficiency in Python/TypeScript and API design.
• Experience building AI agents and workflow automation.
• Understanding of RAG, tool calling, and prompt engineering.
• Experience integrating apps with enterprise tools and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment, monitoring, and reliability.
• Strong product mindset and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
• Genuine interest in AI with a bias toward experimentation and impact.

Responsibilities

• Build AI powered tools, agents, and automation to streamline workflows.
• Develop AI integrations with internal systems and APIs for seamless workflows.
• Own AI infrastructure and supporting services across teams.
