Job summary

Ultra is seeking a Product Engineer, AI Enablement to build and roll out internal AI tools across the company. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, deployment, data, and other teams to identify high-leverage AI workflows and turn them into reliable tools and workflows.

Based on the Software team, you will ship agentic systems, integrate AI tooling, and drive adoption while ensuring safety, permissions, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Own AI tooling adoption across Ultra: identify leverage points, build or integrate solutions, teach and drive adoption.
• Build the internal AI stack: services, workflows, interfaces, model integrations, and the agent infrastructure.
• Ensure agents are robust and trustworthy with proper context, tool access, review, and CI integration.
• Partner with operations, deployment, data, and business teams to deliver scalable workflows with clear ownership.
• Create reusable layers: connectors, context, templates, and guardrails for extensibility.
• Evaluate AI tooling ecosystem and decide what Ultra should adopt, compose, or build.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security to provide safe access without liability.
• Measure adoption and productivity, scaling successful tools.
