Job summary

Elevate Digital is seeking an AI Operations Specialist to design and maintain internal AI tooling, automations, and pilots. You will turn the AI operations roadmap into working software, keeping pipelines, models, and scripts reliable while enabling engineers to adopt new tooling.

This remote, execution-focused role emphasizes hands-on building, collaboration with the Director of Technical Delivery, and continuous improvement of internal AI capabilities within Elevate Digital's engineering

Qualifications

• Experience building automations, scripts, or AI-assisted tooling.
• Solid programming fundamentals and debugging skills.
• Hands-on evaluation of new AI models, tools, and vendors.
• Able to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing technical territory.
• Self-taught or non-traditional paths welcomed if fundamentals are demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and extend internal AI tooling and pipelines.
• Run pilots applying AI to internal workflows and report results.
• Provide day-to-day enablement and support to engineers adopting AI tooling.
• Produce lightweight documentation and guides for internal tools.
