Job summary

Phantom is a fully remote, fast-moving company building a self-custody crypto wallet and trading app used by millions. You will develop internal AI tools, integrations, and scalable infrastructure with a focus on security and reliability, and drive AI adoption across Phantom.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical AI-powered workflows and own projects from concept to production, influencing how AI is adopted across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production experience and hands-on LLM development.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and modern AI patterns like RAG, tool calling, and agents.
