Job summary

You will often start from loosely defined problems and use AI coding agents as the default approach, owning scope through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience taking AI applications past prototype stage into real use.
• Experience working with clients or non-technical stakeholders to scope and deliver finished products.
• Broad full-stack skills across product, data and engineering.
• Ability to write code with and without AI assistance and verify agent outputs.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools that help the sales function find and reach new prospects.
• Ship features and fixes for existing clients.
• Generalize internal tooling for reuse across projects.
• Take unclear client problems and unfinished product features and deliver them with limited oversight.
• Contribute to reusable AI agent components with platform engineering leadership.
• Travel occasionally for client kickoffs.
