Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in San Francisco to lead AI-driven software implementations for senior client stakeholders. You will own end-to-end rollouts, from scoping to launch, and build trusted relationships with client leadership by aligning technical delivery with business outcomes.

You will design and refine AI agents, integrate with customer systems, and partner closely with core platform engineers to ensure smooth delivery and rapid learning.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a hybrid technical and customer-facing role such as forward-deployed engineering or founder work.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations of AI-driven software for client organizations.
• Run each customer rollout from scoping through launch as the main contact.
• Design, build and refine AI agents including prompt design and model integration.
• Scope and build new capabilities to grow usage and improve results.
• Connect product with customer systems via APIs and integrations.
• Partner with platform engineers to keep delivery smooth and feed learnings back into the product.
• Document lessons learned in internal playbooks to scale the function.
